Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship pan-India. Whether you’re in a metro or a mountain town — if the courier can reach you, we’ve got you.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders usually take 2–4 business days to process, and 7–10 business days to reach you (often sooner), depending on your location.
You’ll get tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Didn’t get it? Ping us at hello@attirity.com, and we’ll help you out.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
Right now, all sales are final.
We don’t offer returns or exchanges unless there’s a serious issue. Got questions about sizing or fit? Hit us up before ordering — we’re happy to help.
Q: What if my order says 'delivered' but I didn’t get it?
Don't panic — it happens.
Drop us a message at hello@attirity.com, and we’ll look into it ASAP.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
We work with limited drops, so if something you love is gone, there’s no guarantee it’s coming back.
